Special Occasions placed an order with Pronovias

nearly 8 months ago, promising customers

this new collection can be viewed at

our shop in Poole, unfortunately our order has been

misplaced.

Having made many attempts of contacting

their head office in Spain and not having any

result has caused nothing else but frustration

and a complete loss of confidence in Pronovias.

Our dealings with the representative in the UK

has also been equally frustrating.

It now seems that they have not got our

original order and have asked us to

reorder from the latest collection which will

arrive here in Poole too late for this years

season.

Because our confidence has been shattered it seemed

more responsible for us to drop this label before

future orders were not dealt with in a proper fashion.

Therefore we would like to apologise to any

of our customers who have been waiting for the

Pronovias collection to arrive at our shop.
